A 10-day return window on eligible items.
You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, free of fragrance, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Email info@burning-sands.com to initiate your return, then ship to: Burning Sands LLC, 5638-B HWY 53 #228, Harvest, AL 35749. Customers cover return shipping unless we made an error.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, please contact us.
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Custom and personalized products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
For the fastest service, return your current item and place a new order for the replacement.
