Shipping Policy

Shipping timelines include both order processing and transit time.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days of the order date, Monday through Friday. Items may arrive in multiple packages.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, typically 2–3 business days, or UPS Ground, depending on the order and destination.

Please note that customers with U.S. rural addresses, or those located in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, may be unable to order hazardous materials, including aerosols such as cigar lighters.

We are able to ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses; however, transit times may take up to 45 business days.

If you have not received your item, please contact us with your order number, tracking ID, full name, email address, shipping address, courier name, ship date, and the missing item or items from your order.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

We offer shipping insurance on every order to cover loss, theft, and damage. If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance, you will be responsible for contacting the shipping carrier and filing any necessary claims.
